Warehouse Associate
Seea, a passion-forward swimwear company, is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our family in San Clemente, CA.
This position is a full-time, in person position, working side by side with our amazing team at our warehouse in San Clemente. Standard working schedule is M-F, 9AM-5PM, but we stay flexible when the surf is good, and we can also accommodate a four day weekly schedule, and / or weekend hours, if desired.
Warehouse Associates perform straightforward, honest work – packing and shipping out the daily batch of e-comm orders, helping count and receive in new suits, packing and shipping wholesale orders, folding returns and go-backs, stocking the shelves and keeping the place clean and generally tidy. All this while bumping your own tunes and working as independently as you wish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Preparing and packing customer orders for shipment
• Counting, receiving, and stocking new shipments of product
• Packing, double checking, and shipping wholesale orders
• Processing returns, folding and repacking merchandise for resale.
• Managing backstock as required
• Participating in quarterly inventory counts
• General organization and cleaning as required
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS //
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to lift / move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand / walk / work actively for 75%-80% of total time
• Local candidate a plus
