Sending Love: A note from Seea on COVID-19


To our Seea family, 


We hope this note finds you in good health and optimistic spirits as we all weather this storm together. 


Here in California, where all your Seea suits are designed, made, and shipped, we are under a state-wide mandate to stay at home in order to keep our communities safe. Our team is the lifeblood of this company, and will all be working from home to keep each other, our communities, and our customers healthy. What started as a business sewing and shipping swimsuits in the garage has gone back to its roots for the time being.


Shipping

We’ve adjusted our shipping time frame to 4-5 days for domestic orders and 7-14 days for international orders to accommodate our new operational model under quarantine. We’ve also paused the option for express shipping for the time being. It will take us just a little longer to pack orders from a safely quarantined home with one set of healthy hands. 


Returns 

We will continue to process returns but they may experience a slight delay. We've extended our policy to accommodate returns for refund within 30 days of purchase and store credit within 45 days. 


Sending a heartfelt thank you to our customers for supporting us as a small business during these uncertain times, and to our team for pulling together from across zipcodes to keep our business running. Please take care of yourself and those around you so that we can all bask in sunnier days ahead.
