How to customize your gift card:
Step 5: Click the Preview button to see how it looks! If it’s good to go, Add to Cart. If not, start at Step 2 again until it feels right.
The virtual gift card is delivered via email to the BUYER after purchase. This email contains a link that the Buyer may forward to the gift card recipient and the gift card is in print format. Gift cards are fulfilled manually and are not issued on holidays or weekends.

Shipping and Returns
Domestic US Orders
We gladly accept returns for refund on all items received in like new condition (absolutely no wear, unless defective) with tags and hygienic liners in place within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returns received within 45 days of the original purchase date are eligible for exchange and store credit only. Items beyond 45 days of the original purchase date are not eligible for return.
There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on sale items including items purchased with promotional discount codes. All sale items are final.
Shipping costs on original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable. Customer pays for return shipping on refunds and exchanges, however if you’re exchanging something — we’ll cover costs on the outbound shipping.
