Seea presents “Catwalk” surf film, featuring Leah Dawson
San Clemente, CA (April 30, 2015) – Seea’s newest ambassador video “Catwalk” captures filmmaker and surfer Leah Dawson on a recent trip to the Noosa Festival of Surfing in Australia. Filmed by Greg Huglin at 200 frames per second at one of the famed point break waves perfect for classic logging on a 9’5 DeadKooks board, Dawson glides in mesmerizing flow.
Dawson wears the Zuma Surf Suit in Black Stripe by Seea, one of the top surf suits in the 2015 collection for its unique vintage-inspired silhouette that is both stylish and functional in the waves. The Zuma is rated UPF 30+ to 50+ for the essential sun protection in warm waters.
“I decided I wanted to surf as simple as possible on the trip, to move slowly, delicately allowing the board to find the fastest parts of the wave,” explains Leah about this magical session. “It was reiterated to me countless times by the surfers I look up to how powerful simplicity and minimal effort speaks volumes. Just standing there has never felt so good.”
